About

We are Sauna Labs

We started Sauna Labs in New York in 2025 because the ops and revenue teams we worked with kept losing hours each week to the same problem: multi-tool assembly work that no automation tool had made easy to fix.

Why we built this

Assembly work is the real time sink

Ops and revenue teams spend a large portion of every week on work that is predictable and repeatable: pulling from one tool, updating another, sending a notification, waiting on a yes or no, then moving to the next step. Nobody planned for it to be manual. It turned out that way because automation tools required too much upfront setup to be worth it for anything below a major process overhaul. So the work stayed manual.

We built Sauna Labs around a different starting point: observe the workflow as it actually happens, find the repeating pattern across tools, and build the playbook from that observation, not from a setup wizard. Most recurring workflows have a recognizable sequence. Once you have seen it three times, the assembly steps are clear. The judgment call at the end still belongs to the person.

Sauna Labs is not trying to automate judgment. We are trying to get the assembly work out of the way so that the judgment is all that is left. That distinction is the product.

Team

The people building it

Filip Kozera

Filip Kozera

CEO and Co-Founder

Spent years building workflow automation and ops tooling for growing teams. He has a clear view of where the manual assembly problem lives and why most automation tools were designed for a different problem entirely. Leads product direction and go-to-market at Sauna Labs.

Mara Lindqvist

Mara Lindqvist

CTO and Co-Founder

Background in systems engineering and distributed task coordination, with years building orchestration infrastructure for multi-tool environments. At Sauna Labs she leads the technical architecture, the observation layer, and the core task execution engine.

Omar Diallo

Omar Diallo

Head of Product

Product background in workflow tooling for revenue teams, with years spent directly inside ops and sales orgs mapping the pain points at deal-stage handoffs. He translates those patterns into the product's workflow library and shapes how Sauna Labs handles revenue team use cases.
